“The facility is clean and the service is wonderful. Our room had a double whirlpool tub that we enjoyed very much! We werent expecting it but it was just wonderful. The hotel is close to so many KC venues. The area is at the edge of downtown so its a mix of retail, industry, corporate, and some street people. But nothing unexpected in a downtown area. The small parking lot is enclosed but we saw no reason to be concerned. We felt safe and just truly enjoyed the people we met who work there. ”

“La pulizia della camera compreso il rifacimento del letto (non il cambio lenzuola ma solo fare il letto ) viene fatta solo ogni 3 giorni e questo non era scritto da nessuna parte al momento della prenotazione! Tutto il personale è molto gentile ma Nonostante l'abbia fatto notare, mi hanno risposto che è la loro politica interna. Non solo, dopo il terzo giorno si sono dimenticati della pulizia successiva e quindi hanno pulito al quinto dopo che ho chiesto di parlare con il manager! Si sono...

“My friend and I had a great stay for a night. She left her silky, blue pillow there and the front desk said they couldn't get it but had a website for her to try and find it. We spent hours trying to see if we could get it back to no avail. She lives in KC and was hoping to drive back and get it.”
